malangi88: Humans or vultures?

malangi88: Humans or vultures?:
"Happy birthday little one-- u`re gone some place better than us but you left us all grieving we love you and we miss you" ... i choked as i read the post on his face book wall by his sister. Her brother was gone never to come back again, a bright student, a loyal friend a great human being. I am not related to this boy or his sister but my brother used to be a close friend of this kid, all i knew about him was that he was my brothers friend and my junior in school. Yet another victim of genocide, when my brother called us up to break the news i felt something gushing up my head, my throat was about to rip open and my vision was blurred with tears. A stray bullet hit the boy while he was on his way to donate blood for bomb blast victims on a religious procession, its been three years and yet my brother exclaimed a few days back while going through his news feed "oh its his birthday :D" ... and within a split second he realized he wont be able to wish him again and said "OH!" ... i could see grieve and guilt take over him, quickly he changed the topic but the vibe was there for quite some time upsetting us both.
Never in my life did i think people would have to cope up with this much hate in their daily lives. Killings in the name of caste, sects, sub-sects. Ironically only when someone related to us is a victim do we realize the effects of such killings. Humanity is above all religions and no religion in the world asks humans to act as vultures but we are all conveniently tagging inhumane acts as the will of GOD. I am one miser human but i firmly believe GOD is supreme and omnipotent, He does not need weak humans killing each other in his name in order to prove his supremacy. Hate is draining us all of our humanity, how badly i wish it stops never to start again....
